HCS plans to announce the new tuition rates on January 17 (calendar previously stated January 9 announcement). A general "town hall" meeting will take place on January 17 at 7 PM. At that time we will announce the new tuition rates and fee schedule, in addition to presenting other items to the HCS family. We expect that many classes will fill up quickly for next year. In fact, some new families are inquiring about enrollment now, so that they can receive the current family re-registration priority for next year. Please consider the effort the school is taking to facilitate your continued enrollment for 2006-2007.
We are holding six afternoon/evening group registrations beginning January 23 (3:30 to 7 PM), and January 26, (3:30 to 6 PM). These group registrations will allow a number of families to register at one time, rather than the slower method of individual appointments with our registrar.
After January 26, two additional group registration sessions will be held on January 31 (Tuesday), and February 2 (Thursday) from 3:30 to 6 PM, for new HCS students who are siblings of current students.
New families will be joining HCS families in registering at two registration group sessions on Monday, February 6 (3:30 to 6 PM) and on Tuesday, February 21 (3:30 to 6 PM).
Parents who enroll during the group sessions will be given a discount of $200 on registration. If you enroll individually or after February 21, then the registration fee will be $400.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Current families, please be aware that you must register during the January 23 or 26 registration events to guarantee your child’s enrollment in class. After that, if there is limited space in your grade level, new students may be enrolled to fill the class. If you enroll individually or after February 21, then the registration fee will be $400.
