Secondary Chapel Week of September 8, 2025

Saints,

Today there will be a special chapel honoring our First Responders. We are truly grateful to the Lord for their sacrifice and their commitment to keeping our communities healthy and safe. 

There will be a time before chapel (9:30-9:50) where secondary students will be able to meet the First Responders and get a close look at some of their equipment etc. May we use this time to show honor, appreciation and respect for our First Responders. Please see the suggested small group agenda below.

Small Group Agenda 9-10-2025

Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, 1 Peter 5:6

1. What are some characteristics necessary to be a “First Responder”? 

2. How is God calling his children to be "Spiritual First Responders”? (aiding the spiritual needs of those who are broken, hurt and weak). 

3. How can you be more diligent in praying for others? What are your biggest hindrances?
