Hillcrest Christian Middle School Volleyball

Hillcrest Middle School girls volleyball competes in the TVCAL (Tri-Valley Christian Athletic League) in a 6-on-6 format, and our program currently fields two teams of 9 players each. Led by Coach Tammy Traxler, our young Saints are learning the fundamentals of the game while developing teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

The season began on August 27 and runs through November 20, with the possibility of extending into the Championship Game. Teams in the league include Ascension Lutheran, Beacon Hill, Bethany Christian, Conejo Adventist, City Christian, Cornerstone Christian, Grace School, Linda Vista Adventist, Oaks Christian, Pleasant Valley Christian, St. Patrick's, Ventura Missionary School, and Villanova Prep.

The vision for our Elementary and Middle School teams is simple but powerful: to honor Jesus both on and off the court, while teaching our student-athletes to compete with desire, passion, and humility. We also aim to prepare them for the next level as they transition into high school athletics.
