Why should a parent consider HCS as the school for their children?

  1. Small school environment – Students will never be considered just another number in the crowd.

  2. Test scores – Our standardized achievement scores are outstanding, often averaging close to two years ahead of national average.

  3. Christ-centered curriculum and instruction – Our teachers are Christians and desire to live and teach from a consistent Christian worldview.

  4. Partnership with parents – HCS recognizes that parents have the primary responsibility to teach and raise their children, not the government. With this understanding HCS actively promotes a partnership attitude.

  5. Focused community of Christian families – Our school’s mission statement is to work with Christian families. We appreciate the common set of values that our families cherish, teaching and living in the light of the God’s Word – the Bible.

  6. Many opportunities – Despite our school’s small size, there are many programs and opportunities available for students to grow through participation.
