High School

High school students who wish to play a sport must complete the athletic clearance process each year before they can participate (this includes tryouts, practices, weight lifting and summer training programs). Hillcrest Christian utilizes AthleticClearance.com. All required information and forms/signatures are collected online. Information is saved annually in order to make the process even faster for returning athletes.  Parents can use the same account for multiple students making the clearance process easier for families with more than one student-athlete.

Middle School

5th - 8th Grade students who wish to play a sport must also complete a physical and immunization form each year before they can participate. These forms are to be completed by a medical doctor, and are due to the Athletic Department before participation in any practices, games, or workouts.
