Grade/Subjects: Preschool Teacher and Spanish Favorite Verse: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight” Proverbs 3:5-6 Education Background: Associates Degree in Liberal Arts Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Studies Teaching and Learning Option with an Emphasis in Bilingual Studies Educational Experience: Prior to working for Hillcrest, I worked as a Special Education Paraeducator for 6 years at Conejo Valley Unified School District. I also worked for Moorpark Unified School District as an Instructional Assistant to a Preschool teacher for a couple of years while I was finishing my Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies. |
All About Me:
Ever since I was a little girl I have dreamed of becoming a teacher. I have a passion for working with children. I love that I get to be a part of their lives to help them grow and learn about Jesus. I am so grateful to God to have led me to this amazing school. I am looking forward to what God has in store for me here. I have been married to my husband Albert for 7 years now and we have a son named Dakota Redwing. He also attends Hillcrest. He LOVES it so much. I also have a passion for photography and baking. A fun fact about me is that I have completed the LA Marathon twice in my life. Once in 2008 and once in 2010.
