Preschool Teacher "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 & "The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise Him." Psalm 28:7 AA degree in general education from Moorpark College, Early Childhood Education Certificate from Moorpark College, Bachelors degree in Liberal Studies (teaching, with an emphasis in visual & performing arts) from CSU Channel Islands. I have had the privilege of teaching a Christian based education at the following schools: Christian Preschool of Thousand Oaks Good Shephard Early Childhood Center (Camarillo) Pleasant Valley Christian Preschool (Camarillo) As a teacher, I get to experience precious moments every day. The sweet innocence and honesty of preschoolers are a couple of my favorite things about teaching this age group. I could go on and on! I have a pretty bubbly and playful personality. I strive to make people laugh. I have an obsession with glitter, and a TOMS & Vans shoe addiction (I have lost count of my collection)! I love listening to audiobooks and podcasts whenever I get the chance. I have a loving husband named Richard "Dickie" and we live in Camarillo, CA. We attend CityView Worship Church of Oxnard where we both serve on the worship team (Dickie plays electric & acoustic guitar, drums and sings... And I sing ). An ideal day off for me includes sipping coffee in my pjs and working on a craft project while watching WWE wrestling! |
