John 17:3 Education Background: I received my BA in Sociology with a specialization in Criminal Justice from Northern State University. I received my Pastoral Ordination from Calvary Chapel Calabasas (now Calvary Chapel Conejo Valley) in 2020. Educational Experience: I started my educational experience in 2011 working in a “non-public” school as an instructional assistant. I worked directly with at-risk, neglected and abandoned adolescents ages 12-18. I worked with these students both in the educational and residential setting from 2009-2021. I was hired at HCS in 2021 as the “Campus Pastor” and I began teaching secondary bible in the 2022-23 school year. All About Me: I have been married to my college sweetheart Jennifer Camper for 13 years. We have 6 wonderful children together in which 5 of them attend Hillcrest. I have been a Pastor for 9 years and I am currently an assistant pastor at Calvary Chapel Conejo Valley. I absolutely and unashamedly Love my Savior Jesus Christ. I count it a privilege and honor to co-labor with the blessed body of believers here at Hillcrest. I get to love, care, pray, fellowship, teach and share the gospel of grace with the wonderful students and families of Hillcrest. I know the Lord sent me here to do His will, empowered by His Spirit to “raise up the next generation to impact the world for Jesus Christ”. I enjoy deep diving into biblical apologetics, studying God’s word, football, spending time with my family and fellowshipping with other believers. |
